Yesterday I woke up late and had no choice but to do Sprint 8.
I started off my jog at 6 and then ran at 10 for my interval.
Too easy.
Then I went up to 11.
I could do more.
For the third interval to the eighth I ran at top speed
12, 12, 12, 12, 12, 12
Feels good to be in shape
races, here I come.
